AVANT was formed in January of 2002 to respond to the needs of client companies to experience the quality of service of a niche market performer, while enjoying the ease of use of a single source staffing provider.

Opening its doors on February 4, 2003, AVANT began offering services from two locations; Durham, NC and Greensboro, NC.

By specializing in providing clerical and administrative professionals, AVANT is able to guarantee a highly qualified, experienced individual to meet our client's specific needs.

AVANT is owned and operated by Aimee and Kevin Griffin.  With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the staffing industry, Aimee and Kevin created AVANT as a vehicle for bringing innovative staffing solutions to the marketplace.

As CEO, Aimee Griffin handles all aspects of the daily operations of the organization, including: staff training and development, accounting and finance operations, and client development.  As a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Aimee is able to draw on both her educational background and her work experience in guiding the staff at AVANT.

As President, Kevin Griffin focuses on client development, strategic initiatives, and all of the integrated AVANT systems.  With degrees in both Management and Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as an extensive background in the staffing industry, Kevin is able to bring a unique perspective to the staffing challenges faced by employers today.
